Looking for a color plugin or option

Hello, I'm looking for a plugin that could give the tickets colors who would change based on the time they were posted, example, I have my unresolved ticket page, and the more time it takes to close/resolve it, the more red it becomes, is there an option like that ? Or a plugin ? (Sorry, my native language isn't english)

You can always use Queue Conditions. Go to Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Queues, click on desired queue, click Conditions tab, and you can configure any amount of conditions. For example, you can do:
1.) Create Date > in the last 2 days > Background-Color = pink
2.) Create Date > more than 2 days ago > Background-Color = red

... and the end result would look like this:

Thanks a lot ! That's exactly what I was looking for, another question if you don't mind me asking.
I noticed that you have to refresh the page to see if new tickets arrived, is there any way to make them appear in real time, without having to refresh the page ?

The agent page refreshes itself... or to you mean that the system isn't picking up emails unless you as an agent clicks around?

ntozier Thanks for your answer, well I don't know if it's because I didn't wait long enough (around 10 seconds) but when I sent a test ticket, I had to press F5 to actually see it appear on the feed, it didn't appear before refreshing

You can control how often the the ticket page refreshes in your Agent profile.
Go to Profile -> Preferences
see the Auto Refresh Rate

It seems that the conditions label at queue tickets is not updating well the value of the field for the condition. You have to change at the database level the values and then the condition apply as needed.
