[resolved] Write access required to continue

I keep getting "Solution: Write access required to continue" on the /osTicket/setup/install.php page.
chmod 0666 include/ost-config.php dose not work!
I even ran chmod 777 * -R on /var/www/html/osTicket not working something else is blocking it?
This is on CentOS 8, Apache 2.4.37, PHP 7.2.24

Had to Disable SELinux for the install to finish
sudo setenforce 0
