My problem is, i installed an osticket server, and setup to create tickets from incoming emails.
tickets are created, but after creation i cant change due date or sla or anything.
i tried to create lot of help topics, with different sla-s, and tried to change the grace perion, so used the transient
switch. But it not changing the due date or the sla, if i change the help topic.
I think im not understand the idea behind the osticket due date and sla. is there a complete documentation from it somewhere, i try to find details in documentation but without luck.
Please tell me others how use the program, or how can i make it work for me.
