Upgrade Error

Hi, I am trying to upgrade from version 1.6.0 to 1.7.0.

The upgrade aborted:

Upgrader error

Error accessing SQL file

http://www.xxxxxx.xxx/helpdesk/scp/ajax.php/upgrader(http://www.xxxxxx.xxx/helpdesk/scp/ajax.php/upgrader)

What is the cause and how to resolve.

PHP 5.2.13

MySQL 5.5.28

Apache 2.2.24

Hi!

I got the same Problem.

Upgrader Error

Error accessing SQL file

http://domain.path/scp/ajax.php/upgrader(http://domain.path/scp/ajax.php/upgrader)

php -> 5.3.2-1

mysql -> 5.1.70-0

Any solution for this Problem?

Are you using the .zip from the web page or are you downloading the dev branch from github?

Edit: Just tried the Version from Github and it seems to work. Before my Upgrade i got a lot DB Error Mails and Entrys in Systemlog like these:

Table 'bs_faculty_tickettest.ost_group_dept_access' doesn't exist

http://tickettest.n-faculty.de/scp/ajax.php/upgrader

But OSTicket postet this Message after updating:

Upgrade Completed!

Congratulations! osTicket upgrade has completed successfully.

Please refer to Release Notes for more information about changes and/or new features.

Now i am testing.
