Those logs don't really help much unfortunately (access logs are virtually useless in most cases).
If you are getting Access Denied when typing your email/password and clicking Login that typically means that you didn't type the correct email/password combo. Try logging in 4 times in a row and see if it locks you out for a couple of minutes. If this is the case then you will need to generate a new password that you for sure know and update it in the database.
To do this, generate a bcrypt hash (with 8 Rounds) of a new password, login to the database, go to the ost_staff table, find your account, and update the passwd value to the bcrypt hash. Once you do this re-attempt the login with the new password you generated a hash for.
