Hi! We just installed osTickets in our servers, and are having doubts with the alets.
We wish the Agent ()and the department head) assigned to a task to recieve an email for the tasks and tickets due 12 hours before the due date.
We also wish for the depatment heads to recieve a notice when a task or a ticket is closed in their department.
Is it possible to configure this? We are getting the overdue alerts, but we haven't found how to configure "upcoming" tasks or tickets, or the notices for department heads.
