So I'm new to the setup of OSTicket. Everyone in our IT team has been here less than a year and OSTicket was set up before any of us got here so I am just trying to figure it out. I'm currently messing around with adding different priority levels and I figured out how to add "Purgatory" in the "ost_ticket_priority" table, but when I did this the priority text is now showing for the new field and I don't get the diagonal styling on the color. I don't want the text to appear on the priority column and I want to add the diagonal styling to the color. I assume this styling is located in some CSS file somewhere but am not sure where that would be located. Does anyone know how to fix this?
