Please change permission of config file

I am constantly getting the warning;

Please change permission of config file (ost-config.php) to remove write access. e.g chmod 644 ost-config.php

I have changed the permissions of this file multiple times and anytime I access the admin control panel it's as if the file permission gets changed.

I never (and still don') see this behavior on 1.14 which is running on the same server

There is nothing in osTicket that can or does attempt to change the permissions on this file. I have change the permissions on this file in countless sites (production and test environments) over the course of the last decade on all versions and never encountered what you are describing. This does not appear to be a osTicket issue.
