Hi, we have transactional emails sent with api (gmail), whose response we intercept with osticket.
How can we directly send transactional emails with os ticket?
You would need to interface with the vendor that you are using to send transactional emails through to see if you can use a 3rd party client to send emails. If they do, then you would configure it into osTicket like any other email.
