Is there a way to include fields from customized forms in the reports?
The dashboard is a what you see if what you get dashboard. There is no way to alter the Dashboard via the UI.
You would have edit the dashboard files to achieve that.
I'm sorry that I have to open this again. But I think I was misunderstood. I'd like to ask if we can include the customized forms as additional column in my exported reports / file.
osTicket doesn't have exported reports... so I'm not real sure what you mean.
If you mean when you export a ticket... then you would need to add the field to the Ticket Details form.

The problem is our added customized forms does not appear in the exported reports.
Then you didn't add the fields to the Ticket Details form. You would have to edit the core files to have it export more than that at this time.,
