PROBLEMA AL IMPRIMIR UN TICKET EN LA OPCION DE IMPRESORA

Buenas tardes, no se si alguno de ustedes le a sucedido que intentan imprimir un ticket en el icono de impresora cuando esta generado el ticket, y el navegador abre otra ventana pero queda en blanco; o alguna veces carga arrojando el error 500 seria de ayuda cualquier informacion para corregirlo tengo la version 1.15.1

Good afternoon, I don't know if any of you have happened to try to print a ticket on the printer icon when the ticket is generated, and the browser opens another window but remains blank; or sometimes it loads throwing the 500 error, any information to correct it would be helpful, I have version 1.15.1

When I print from the icon a pdf is generated that I can save or print. I'm on version 1.15.2.

Versión osTicket v1.15.1 (fe1d1f8)
Servidor del Software Web Microsoft-IIS/8.5
Versión MySQL 5.5.22
Versión PHP 7.2.26

me falta activar las extensiones ( ya que las demas estan activas pero no pienso que esto influya en eso)

APCu Mejora el rendimiento general
Zend Opcache Mejora el rendimiento general

De todas formas me esta ofreciendo la actualizacion que tu tienes voy a montarla a ver si el error es ese.

I need to activate the extensions (since the others are active but I don't think this influences that)

APCu Improves overall performance
Zend Opcache Improves overall performance

Anyway it is offering me the update that you have, I will mount it to see if the error is that

Yo resolví el problema dando acceso a la carpeta de archivos temporales dentro del servidor que tienes
