IMAP IDLE support

I'm no good at PHP, but I noticed that there's a module that supports IMAP IDLE, which would import email tickets as soon as they arrive in the mailbox.

Is there any chance that osTicket would ever support this? It would require a long-running PHP script of course, which I'm not sure php-fpm even allows?

Oh. I guess that they aren't accepting request for the new version quite yet then. Keep an eye on that page they will likely open it at some point.
