Hi guys, we are using osTicket (v1.14.3).
I have an existing form that I cannot add more choices to without getting an error. Any ideas, please. Screengrabs are attached.

    downz The first two recommendations are going to be to upgrade to 1.14.6 and to use a list given you have more than two items 😇 However, choices should still work and you need to enter a key before the value. For example:

    teacher:Class Teacher
hoh:Head of House
hotl:Head of Teaching & Learning
deputy:Deputy Head/Head of Section

    The key can be anything, those are just examples I used - you do need them though. They just need to be unique and not change, even if the values do.
