I have a case since upgrading where attachment files from one source are not making it through. They are .mp3 or .wav files sent from our VOIP provider of voicemails. However, if I redirect them to my personal email address I get the attachment. If I then re-send the email as a forward to osticket, it again strips out the attachment. The weird thing though is, if I save just the attachment and attach it to a new, blank email, it goes through.
edit: I just realized, it is actually dropping the entire email body content as well. And, those emails we are getting duplicates (many many) for hours after the email is sent. They are the only emails acting like this. Below is the redacted source of an example email like this.
edit 2: We were able to get the messages to come through by using procmail to edit the email before they hit the inbox. Now, I can't get you the raw email that makes it work but, basically we rewrite the email body with new data and that solves it. This is definitely an import issue with osticket
