Hi there, I don't log in every day, but recently I noticed the main UI font is now barely readable on a Windows machine. I have looked using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox (latest versions as of this post). The CSS being rendered says it is using a font called Lato, which I have on my system, however it is so thin I can barely read it. This didn't use to be the case. Also, removing Lato from the CSS instantly makes it readable, assuming it defaults to Arial (on Windows).

Is there a way to remove Lato from the stylesheet permanently? Is that even the root cause? Since osTicket does not update itself, I can't imagine what happened.

You can always edit the css files to change the fonts if you want to.
