Just to give some back story, I upgraded from v1.14.3 -> v1.15.2
I have 2 systems, 1 running the old version (db is on a remote server), new server (database is localhost)
I installed osticket and got it working as a fresh install, I then switched both servers to offline and stopped email fetching. imported the database from the remote server to the new server. Copied the ost-config.php from old to new and did the upgrade on the control panel.
I updated the password for the email account as it was not fetching emails for some reason.
Emails are being fetched, but subjects are missing on the dashboard
Also having issues with the timezone for the database not showing correctly
Any assistance would be appreciated.
