Hey guys, so I am testing out osTicket atm and find it to be very feature rich :-) One thing i cannot figure out though is how to have a specific service agent to be assinged to a specific customer (user).
I am trying to have a certain team member to be responsible for a single customer and have all tickets from that customer auto-assigned to the specific agent. like a 1st level support agent that gets all tickets from a specific customer and then can re-assign those tickets - if needed - to another service agent (aka 2nd level support)
