Also, I’d suggest looking at all the error logs for any additional errors as the above error could be a symptom of an underlying issue (general server logs, Apache error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL error logs, osTicket system logs, etc.).
Also, when creating a post about an issue you need to provide all system information. This is best done by posting a screenshot of the full Dashboard > Information page (censoring any sensitive info of course).
