Hi
We have two mails in our ticket system: A and B.
I set A as the default mail so when someone sends an email to A to generate ticket and cc another user, that user is set to be a collaborator to this ticket.
This does not happen to B (because this email address is not a default in our system).
Please give me some advice to fix this
