I can't load tickets

osTicket was working very well, but in the last day I started to have problems when loading a ticket. This started to happen in the last tickets that were registered in the system. The first tickets registered are loading normally. When I try to load a problem ticket, the page spends a lot of time loading and after some time only half the ticket information is loaded. How can I fix the problem. The web server is not generating any php error log.
