Please suggest any one how to show a phone number, ticket number and user name in search box info in osticket .

Click Advanced, then on the criteria tab add the field user / phone. Then in the criteria bar type the name or phone number ( even partials work) of what you are looking for. If you want to use it a lot, you can even save it so its easily available for future use.
Quick search searches names, email, and ticket numbers. That is it.
You would have to use Advanced Search to search for a phone number.
