LDAP isn't working / showing users

I already configured correctly ldap plugin but when i go to users section i can't see any domain user. What can be happening?. I was looking in apache logs but there is no error shown there.
What can be happening?. Domain is under Active Directory (Windows server 2008R2)

I'm having the same issue.

Error logs show no errors.

You need to read the requirements before installing. You would’ve seen that 1.16.x requires PHP 8.0.x. Downgrading your PHP should resolve the issue.
