Unfortunately no one here at the forums can assist you with the cloud hosted version. You would need to contact them at the email listed under your support page at https://supportsystem.com/contact-us/
Unless you do not actually mean the cloud hosted version (supportsystem.com) and you mean that you have a self hosted instance in the cloud some where.
