Error 500 New ticket (open.php), system info (system.php)

Hello all
Few days ago my osTicket unexpected return 500 error while creating new ticket.
IIS return error 500 but email with confirmation has been send.

The same is when I try to open System information in osTicket.

PHP error log tell me only
[29-May-2021 20:31:35 Europe/Warsaw] PHP Deprecated: Directive 'track_errors' is deprecated in Unknown on line 0
[29-May-2021 20:36:35 Europe/Warsaw] PHP Deprecated: Directive 'track_errors' is deprecated in Unknown on line 0

Please advice me how I can trubleshot this error?

Environment details? (see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information)

You should also check your IIS error logs to see what it is reporting.
