How to replay with knowledgebase article link
Hi, I`m new here with osTicket, and found a lot of information that helps a lot, but how can i replay a ticket to the costumer with a link to a knowledge-base article?
This isn't really a feature in osTicket at this time.
You would create Canned Responses for each one and embed the link to the Knowledgebase article. (This might result in some access issues if you do not use the User link for them. Or if you require uses to authenticate to read the KB article.)
Thx for the replay, that`s a job when you have more then 50. But ok, hope in the future it is possible and it should not be the difficult, because it is just a link to a existing opject.
