We do not have any mobile apps available at this time. All of the ones currently available are 3rd Party Apps and are not developed nor maintained by the core osTicket Development Team. I've heard nothing but horror stories from said mobile apps so I would personally not recommend them.
If you decide to use one, you are using them at your own risk.
