We are currently on 1.15.2.
Any way to merge Staff / User accounts?
Over the previous ?Decade+ using osticket we have had staff come and go, name changes, email changes, etc...
What we are left with is numerous user accounts in OSTICKET for one user.
It would be really nice if we had one of the following:
bulk transfer tickets from one of those accounts to another, allowing us to delete an account without deleting the tickets.
Merge Staff so tickets end up on one primary account.
Anyone have any suggestions for handling this?
