I am running OS ticket on wamp64 server. What is the best way to update PHP version to 7.4.9?

You're running Wampserver (64bit) and you are asking us how to upgrade PHP?
This seems more like a question for Wampserver forums.
The only way that I would know how to do that would be to upgrade Wampserver.

I do not run pre-packaged together software like that ... so normally I just upgrade PHP the old fashioned way. By downloading it, and throwing it on the server.

Thanks for reply. Let me rephrase the question. So I have installed os ticket V1.15.1 and it is working fine on php version 7.3.21 perfectly fine. Because of multiple vulnerabilities, we have to update php version to 7.4.9. So my first question in is os ticket v1.15.1 is supported to php 7.4.9? If it is then what is the best way to update it?

osTicket 1.15.x supports PHP 7.2.x - 7.4.x.
