Customization Help Needed

We have been working on our ticketing system for over a year, our in-house IT person said they could make it work, but it still isn't and he doesn't work with us any longer. We have put a lot of time and customization into it already, and are having trouble finding someone who could finish the job. We are almost there and don't want to give up. Any suggestions on who to contact?

We are looking to contract with someone who has expertise in OS Ticket customization and implementation. We are willing to pay someone to review what we have so far and find us the help we need to find our OS Ticket solution.

If you are looking for help here on the forum, it will be better to write what you specifically need (installation, setup, customizations, ...).

Personally, I would very much like to help you, for free. But I don't know if this would be possible due to the time shift (GMT + 01: 00 (CET)).
