Last Updated date is not reflecting updates made today

Hello,
I opened a ticket on 5/17/2021 and posted a few replies during the day. Today I posted a reply and the Last Updated date still shows 5/17/2021 and today is the 19th. When I open the ticket to see the history the Last Response date shows todays date and time. Any idea why the Last Updated date is still the 17th? I will attach a few screen shots.

The only actions that will update the Last Updated column are:

Creating a Ticket
Changing the Status
Updating a Field
New Message from User
