I am currently running osTicket 1.15.2. I am trying to install the Spanish language pack. I have placed it in the /include/plugin directory and has 0755 permissions, but I am not able to see it under the plugin page.
I have checked my php settings and I am running php 7.4 and I have made sure that phar files are supported. Please assist.
