Email to customer on new case is already working by default.
I need to send email to customer on ticket closer.
Any help will be highly appreciable.
There is no "Ticket Close" Autoresponder in osTicket.
You would achieve this by using a Canned Response (or manually typing a response), selecting Close, and posting the reply.
Please, how i do that?
create a canned reponse.
go to the ticket.
select the canned response.
