Mail Delivery Subsystem posted addresses had permanent fatal errors

We are running version osTicket v1.15..2 and are getting many but not all messages of not being able to deliver messages listing the address of the email address without the @<domain>
It seams that osTicket is not including the domain portion of the address.
Our PHP verison is 7.3.28 and MySql Verion is 5.6.41
Any ideas?

No idea what you are talking about.
Can you explain it another way or possibly provide some screen shots of what you mean?

rschroen is not an email address.
Your error message tells you that is a bad email address, and is rejecting it.
