Here are my installation details:
CentOS 8
osTicket version 1.15.2
Apache version 2.4.37
MySQL (Maria DB) version 10.3.27
PHP version 7.4.16
I am exploring the option of using the User Portal so our employees can open a ticket instead of only submitting an email to our helpdesk and having a ticket automatically created. I noticed that our Support Center 'Open a New Ticket' page has an additional field that is not shown in the osTicket documentation. After review of our installation I found that the person who installed osTicket years ago created a Custom List called ‘Location’ and he added a bunch of building numbers/floors to that list. So, on our Support Center 'Open a New Ticket' page an employee is presented with a selection box for Location in addition to Email Address, Full Name, Phone Number and Help Topic. I have since disabled all the building numbers/floors that are in this custom list and added 3 new ones. Out of curiosity, what is driving this selection box to be shown on the page because any new Custom Lists that I have created do not automatically show up on the page?
