Are there any pre-canned German email templates anywhere? and how do I install them? I have the admin section all in german, but how do the users get german emails ?
Admin panel -> Settings -> System. Add a language pack.
Go to Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates Add new Template Set Give it a name. Set its Status. Select the Set to Clone. (You should probably select Stock) Set the language. Click Add Template.
Thanks. But the only one to chose from is the default osTicket HTML templates in english? So I have to make a clone of that and then work my way through translating all 13 templates form English to German? Surely somebody has already done this and is providing their translation, no?
