[resolved] How to Make custom list dependent on help topic value

HI i am trying to modify our custom form is there a way to make the value of issue summary dependent to the value of help topic i mean the list that should be displayed in issue summary(dropdown) will depend to the value of Help Topic

is there a way to set this up?

You would create a Help Topic for each section that you want to make. (example "Account Management")
You would make a list and populate it with the stuff you want associated with that Help Topic. (example the stuff you put the red box around)
Then you would create a custom form [recommendation you name it the same as the Help Topic], and add the list to it.
When someone selects the Help Topic is will display the custom form with the list on it.
