i noticed a little problem, which i'm not able to solve. Maybe i'm missing something.

When i reply to a ticket, the customer only gets my reply, but not what was written before, the ticket-history. How can i fix this? Strip Quoted Reply is not enabled.
So when i receive a ticket, i open it, and then i type my reply. I choose my signature and i send my answer. It would be nice if the history would be underneath my signature. Is there a way to manage that?
