I have inherited our OST system and have a question. The server our OST rung on is in need of replacement. I have a new server spun up, with PHP installed ( running Windows server 2016 and IIS ) and I am able to access the Control panel, use LDAP and everything in the Control Panel... My problem is in the agents view.
While I can open tickets ( and the Company panel shows 1 opened ), I am unable to see any tickets in the agents / tickets view.... I know I must have set something up wrong... any ideas?
