SMTP + test outgoing email: I get popup message: "Unable to save..."

After pressing Send Message on Test Outgoing Email page I get popup message:
"Unable to save draft. Refresh the current page to restore and continue your draft."
I use SMTP that works on another mail applications . Every fields are properly filled.

Server information:

osTicket Version v1.15.2 (cb6766e) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4
MySQL Version 10.3.27
PHP Version 7.4.16

How to fix this problem?

I wasn't aware the the email test saved drafts... you would need to delete the draft.
The only way tha tI can think of to do that is at the database level... but i have no idea where it would save the draft.
