Any posibility to create a role that doesn't allow to post internal notes? I mean, just viewers with no intervention at all.

I do not think that is a feature in osTicket. Any Agent can post an internal note on any ticket that they have access to.

My company requires a supervisor to check all departments work without intefiering. But no worries. I did it by coding.
