I'm running osTicket v1.15 on a Linux box for our company. Let me just say that it works great and the documentation you guys have has been very helpful.
However, sometimes New Ticket Alerts are sent to agents without the %{message.body} variable showing i.e. instead of the ticket description it just says "%{message.body}".
This happens very intermittently and I can't reproduce the error. I've tested it myself multiple times and even had users submit dummy tickets to test but these ticket alerts have worked properly. There's nothing in the osTicket logs pertaining to this and the log level is set to DEBUG. I have also tried setting the variable to just %{message} but this hasn't changed anything.
Server logs are not giving me anything useful unfortunately. If anyone could point me in the right direction, that'd be much appreciated. Thanks!
