Hi everyone. I am running OSticket 1.14 on my ubuntu 20.04 server and there is a problem with my e-mail fetching. Config. Bellow:
But, for some reason the e-mails are not appearing as tickets on the list. Someone has expeienced the same issue?

yes. I did(Second screenshot). Well, i cant find this configuratio path: Admin Panel => Settings => Email Settings => Enable POP/IMAP email fetch. Suppose have been changed. Its Adm Panel => E-mail and Adm panel =>E-mail=>Settings
Scheduling polling is not done in osTicket... its done at the OS level.

What I did(for ubuntu 20.04):
If you are running a cron, you should not be running auto-cron in osTicket. They can and will collide. auto-cron is for people who cannot run a scheduler natively at the OS level.
