I was wondering if there is a way to have osTicket forward tickets to another department after a specific time?
For example, Dept A works 8am to 6pm, which i have a schedule created for them. Then Dept B works 24/7, but helps Dept A after 6pm to manage requests coming in. So after 6pm, would it be possible to transfer any new tickets to Dept B automatically? Then starting 8am the next morning, continue to send tickets to the Dept A?
