SMTP server does not support authentication

Hi,

I am new to osTicket , I tried configuring my Gmail account its says the following error, please help to resolve
authentication failure [SMTP: SMTP server does not support authentication (code: 250, response: smtp.gmail.com at your service, [104.211.141.35] SIZE 35882577 8BITMIME STARTTLS ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES PIPELINING CHUNKING SMTPUTF8)]
