I just setup the Auth-LDAP plugin which was downloaded directly from the osticket site. I setup all the ldap configs and was able to create a user from my Active directory. I just went to the SCP login and now i get the following page: Valid CSRF Token Required. I can't access osticket anymore. i did disable and remove the plugin and still getting the same error message. I'm running centOS 7 with php 5.6 and osticket version 1.9.15. i did try updating the version to the newest and received the same Valid CSRF Token Required. There are no php errors . Please help

    This version of osTicket is end of life and has not been supported for quite some time.
    If you downloaded the plugin from the osTicket website then it is likely only intended for use with a more contemporary version. You will need to disable the plugin on your site.

    Since you cannot log in you will need to do this in the Database directly. You can use your favorite 3rd party SQL editor (like MySQL WorkBench or HeidiSQL) and look at the ost_plugin table. Locate the entry for LDAP Authentication and Lookup and set isactive to 0.
