Hi,
This might be a simple question i cant figure out the logic on the Ticket Assignment Restrictions under Department settings.
I would like to be able to restrict ticket assignment only to a specific department - for example Agent under Eng Department can only assign tickets to members on the Eng department.
i tried to set Department members or Primary Members but the agent still see all agents from other departments.
i am clearly missing something here but cant figure it out
appreciate assistance
