hi so i have question when is ticket no. generated and where is that triger. i insert ticket manualy in table. i can see ticket in db and ticket view, then i manualy insert some ticket no. but i do not see details like task and threads. sorry for my bad eanglish.

If you are manually inserting ticket information into the database then you would need to manually insert things like tasks, threads, etc also.

You probably should not be rolling your own solution to make tickets and should probably utilize the ticket API to open tickets.

I am using API to generate ticket and after that to edit it on desktop APP . But OSticket api can only post ticket.
is there any more documentacion for API and files? i would need to send POST more data .
There is no Desktop App for osTicket. You would be bet served using the UI in the web browser to edit the ticket.
I made windows desktop CMR and for OSticket so i can edit all data in database and create new ticket with api. but i wold like to costumize OS API so i could edit and post more data with API.
