different forms for different organizations

Hello, I would like to create individual application forms that will be different for each organization. Is it possible?

No and Yes.

Forms are not attached to Organizations. They are attached to Tickets and to Help Topics (or other forms).
So you could use a help topic for each organization, and then add the form to that help topic and do it that way.

I tried this. However, Org B can still see form sections intended only for Org A.

It would be ideal to have a single Help Topic with specific Form sections only visible to specific organizations. Is there functionality like that? I am using osTicket v1.18.3.
