From the agent panel, when I create a user I don't see any way to see what the username is after it's been created. Viewing the user's information from the user directory does not show me their username.
Go to Agent panel -> Users Locate the user. Click on them. On the User view screen click on Manage Account. Click on the Manage Access tab. Username field is there.
