Grouping help topic based on department

Hi, I have many help topics, can they be grouped automatically when I assign a department name?

I am not sure if this is what you mean, but I have my topics done by departments. So I have IT Dept which is a parent topic and active, but hidden. Then I created sub topics making the IT Dept the parent topic. So when users go to select the help topic its displayed as IT Dept / Topic issue.

I hope that in the future, you can choose the department and then are presented with a list of topics for that department.

I mean when I select or assign tickets to a department, the help topic only displays the help topic filters in that department.
